In the Networks for a Social Impact, we identify Howard County Local Children's Board (https://www.howardcountymd.gov/OLCB) as one of the eight networks with a demonstrable impact on student achievement. It is located in Howard County, MD. In this episode, we feature an interview with Kimberly Eisenreich its administrator. We discuss their unique role as a county-led network, created by both state and county statutes. In addition, we talk about how they have addressed racial inequity in Howard County.
